Schaffner’s CNC Swiss and conventional lathes allow for the machining of a wide range of turned parts: shafts, pins, rods, and precision tubing.  We can accomodate working ODs up to 3” (1-1/4” for Swiss Turning) and lengths up to 7 feet.

Complex parts can be run complete in one setup utilizing our CNC Swiss Lathe Machining Centers for turning standard or pre-threaded stock.  This significantly reduces time for handling, setup, and machining, for quick turnaround and cost efficiency.
